At B.P.O our services are only available by appointment so we can provide each client with the highest level of professional attention. To purchase a ski boot and have custom orthotics made we generally will spend 2 hours together.

**** Bio-Performance Orthotics Inc, requires all customers to provide at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50 % of just the orthotic portion ($400.00 / $200.00) of the scheduled appointment using the credit card payment method provided at booking. Please understand my time is valuable and so is yours, we want you skiing at your highest level, achieving proper alignment and all-day comfort.

We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances. Alternatively, we will offer one free appointment upon rescheduling. The free session will need to be scheduled within seven days of the cancellation.
